Uriah DayCare!

We provide a safe, loving environment for children when they must be separated from their parents. We believe all God’s children should have the opportunity to learn about Jesus, others, themselves, and about making good decisions.

Pastor Appreciation Month

Pastor Appreciation Month is an attempt to counter the negative erosion in the lives of our spiritual leaders with a positive affirmation. It is an annual effort that seeks to acknowledge the tremendous contribution of (and pressure facing) religious leaders today. Sunday, October 23rd will take a few moments of recognition for our pastor.

Here are some suggestions as to how you can encourage Pastor Paul and Gail:

* Place a card or letter in the basket provided in the sanctuary on Sunday, October 23rd.

* Attend the worship service on Sunday, October 23rd, where a few moments of recognition will be given.

* Invite Pastor Paul and Gail into your home for a meal (a practice long forgotten).

* Ask Pastor Paul to share his dream for our congregation.

* Pray daily for Pastor Paul.

Remember that Pastor Appreciation Month is not about glorifying a man or woman. It is a biblically consistent opportunity to recognize and encourage those whom God has called to proclaim His message and lead His people. (1 Thessalonians 5: 12 & 13)

Check out Scooter Club, our new club for kids!

The next Scooter Club meeting is Saturday, October 8th – meet at the church at 10:30 with your bicycles or scooters. Eagle Ridge Biker Church is hosting a Fall Ride that day and while they are out on their run, we will have a ride on the church campus. Then stay for the meal and music. Your whole family is invited to attend.

We have started a new ministry geared to the bikers in our community.  We meet in our fellowship at 8:45 a.m. every Sunday morning.  Come as you are!  Our praise band plays popular modern Christian music and a twist on the classic rock songs.  The Word is shared by Pastor Paul in a real life format.

Eagle Ridge Biker Church exist to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to befriend and reach the lost for Christ.
